At least he isn't Sidney?

Q is awesome, Holman is improving and I look forward to next season.

Go figure, as soon as post, Holman had back to back TOs and Newman goes on a run almost by himself.

Malik is garbage. Have not seen anything that tells me he is a lottery pick, or gonna even be drafted! Not even a flash of living up to his potential.

Came into school cocky. Publicly stating he was only playing one year, then going to the NBA. I think he got hit with what is known as a reality check.

Yeah he is good. Just has not reached his potential. One more year of college will help him out a lot.

I'm not sure yet.

He's had a few "hot" games, then other games where he has disappeared.

To me, it seems like a lack of effort, particularly on the defensive side. That being said, the NBA doesn't draft based on defense unless you are 6'11" +

At the moment Q is a far better player/performer than Newman. Which is odd, because Newman's dad, Horatio Webster, was the definition of a grinder.

Sing it with me: "come on ride the train".

In basketball terms, they call it "hitting the wall". It is pretty commonplace for NBA rookies, but it happens to college freshmen as well. They are used to playing every day, but when you ramp up the intensity level, toss in travel, and don't get enough rest and sleep, you find yourself writing checks that your body can't cash.
