LSU football and the LSU AD give money back to the school. This is beyond stupid and it's shameful it's even being mentioned.

Boo this man. What a pos. We need money to fund sh it we don't need and you don't care about so in turn we are prepared to tax the sh it out of you and your family for the good of higher education. This is a stick up! I mean, God bless you and give us your money.

Im not sure LSU would be affected because of actual money. But if you really knew how much taxpayers were subsidizing football and other sports at McNeese, Southeastern, SUBR and Grambling among others, you'd be shocked.

In Mississippi, USM athletics cost taxpayers $9 million last year. Louisiana has about six USMs.
