I made a thread a few months ago where I asked y'all
Bye Bye only Sugar Bowl since 1970.

Nothing will get vacated. Everything was Tunsil and Saunders.

Everybody piling on. Doesn't OM have some farkers who can create clocks and Frozen gifs? They need to fight back somehow

We're gonna lose a few scholarships max

Yeah and Bert doesn't ask for seconds either.

Actually, it feels pretty good. Receiving this much attention from rival fanbases means we've made it back to the big boy's table. This is the price one pays for success.

I know you along with everyone else wants the hammer to drop but you can dream and hope all you want. It's not coming. Nothing was unexpected from the NOA. Tunsil was already handled and wasn't even tied to Freeze and sat out 7 games. Saunders was never on staff with Freeze. Nothing will get vacated.

Why? When we can just let y'all talk y'alls shite and then when little to almost nothing comes of it, laugh at you.
I'm not saying something won't come of it, but it won't be nearly as bad as some of you are making out. But it is fun reading!!!

Yalls asses are getting a post season ban hammer. Similar to Ohio state

Finally some rebs showing up. About time.
I can see we have moved off of the "the NCAA can't find anything" and "just four are football, none connected to the current staff" party lines.

You want this to be the case so bad. Quit taking 2 losses so seriously.

i see that's been the narrative this week. when the NOA came out, there were 38 violations, with only 5 being on the football team and none under Freeze. Now the number is 28 allegations with 13 on the football team and 9 under Freeze. If you're a rational person, you would come to the conclusion that anything you read in the media as to the nature and severity of the NOA (until Ole Miss chooses to release it) is complete and utter bullshite. no one in the media knows anything. and the people who do aren't talking to the media.

Nope. They are just lying to recruits.

I think "made it back" would imply that you've actually been to the big boy's table before...
you haven't :(

You'd think after the "if you have information contact compliance..." and "he was just protecting his mother" situations, they would be hesitant to take the OM spin at face value

Did college football begin the year you were born? I'm old enough to remember when Ole Miss competed for championships.

Ole Miss went 9-3 with a glorified Cotton Bowl victory.
You weren't "back" when Eli did it, you weren't "back" when Jevan Snead did it, and you aren't "back" now.

you have a copy of that for me to read? I must have missed when it was released to the public

Freeze had players on his team that were recruited when Saunders was on staff. If those players are retroactively ruled to have been ineligible due to academic fraud on behalf of Saunders, yeah you would have to vacate wins. Think about Memphis and Derrick Rose. Coach Cal was long gone, and so was Rose, but his academic fraud still led to Memphis vacating wins and being put on probation. The fact that you think the NCAA will only punish a team if the coach in place was responsible just shows your ignorance.

Well my sources say that they were all expected. Hold as much weight as the anonymous AP source that was different from Forde. Who is right and who is wrong?

Then you are old as dirt slick.
