Not going to camps doesn't justify a 750 spot difference. That would make the business of recruiting even more laughable than it already is.

More likely is that they haven't gotten around to doing an in depth eval and played it conservatively.

Most kids go to camps for years and as a result the services "know" them and have info for evals. A guy like Barrett is one of thousands of highlight films from a guy they never have seen

I dont think it is unreasonable for a service to still be evaluating guys before SR season and with multiple rankings updates left
