Does UT finish strong or do they stay middle of the pack in the SEC?

Probably close to the 15 range. Lower than the previous 2 years, but a lot of quality depth has been added along with the QB of the future for UT. The potential is there to close with some studs tomorrow.
2017 should be a very strong class for us

We would need some teams ahead of us to lose high valued recruits. In other words no we won't be in the top 10.

How many do you end up signing?

I was thinking the 13th-17th range from the begininng
last classes were huge and needed to be, but didn't leave much room for this year. We also had the benefit of a large # of legacy guys the past couple years

We'll probably take around 21

I won't be surprised if we finish strong but I imagine we'll lose out on at least 1 guy we were going after. Top 20 finish is my guess

No because this is a smaller class than what VOLS typically sign.
If VOLS finish with Kongbo, Warrior and Byrd, this will be the highest avg. rating for a class Butch has pulled at Tennessee.
2013 - 84.57
2014 - 89.51
2015 - 89.43
2016 - 89.80
If we somehow land Derrick Brown on top of that, the average goes up to 91 and change
