Mississippi State lost to UMKC this season.

I guess we know how they feel. It is a good thing UMKC was not on our schedule again this year.

Yet many were clamoring for Howland to be hired instead. And Mississippi St. has sucked just as bad.

They are an infinitely lesser program, with lesser facilities, with lesser resources...and are achieving just as much, if not more than us.

I guess. How is their facilities any worse? If they found the money to pay Howland I wouldn't think their donors are that cheap.

Their basketball arena is bottom 5 in the SEC. Their university is in Starkville.

They have a top 5 rated class coming in next year. We're not in the top 50.

Wasn't aware The Hump was that bad of an arena. Or Starkville was such a terrible place.
