Expected by whom? His mom and uncle seem pretty over-the-top about Arkansas (not that their opinion is what matters the most) and we've been hearing encouraging things. Then we'll hear things like, "don't count out TCU." But I just haven't seen a ton about FL. There was a SDS article, I think, that said FL was in a POSITION to get him, but not that they were favored.

Article from one of the most respected reporters that cover the Gators. When he says that Florida will flip Cleveland, he has someone telling him it's true.
Look at the quotes from Cleveland. The writing is on the wall. He'll be a Gator
