UK's equestrian team competes in the International Horse Show Association, IHSA. Our last NC was in 2008.
Privately funded by wealthy local horsemen, the team is coed. SEC teams are female only.
UK is unlikely to join the SEC until and if the local contributors tire of the IHSA or the NCAA championship becomes more prestigious.
