Embarrassed to admit this, but I seriously shed a tear or two when he returned that kick. Was obviously happy about the touchdown and it almost sealing the game, but it was mainly because it was Drake that did it. I was just really happy for the kid... amazing story.

I also teared up. From his horrible leg injury, his broken arm, and the multiple minor injuries and "what-if" in between, his own heart and effort drove him to score a crucial touchdown to lead Alabama to it's 4th NC in the last 7 years.

That's a Lifetime movie right there, folks.

The way he sat up and looked back like..."wait, did I really just do this?" gave me the feels for sure. He looked like a little kid Once he realized what he'd done, it was like he was whole again. I have no idea how he felt about his career before that play, but that's what it looked like to me. Might be the greatest moment I've ever experienced in sports to be honest.
