You bammers realize your own midget coach has actually bragged about giving 2nd chances to Jonathan Taylor and DJ Pettway during some of his press conferences. The former being a woman beater and the latter being charged with two felonies for almost killing other bammer students

You bammers want a cookie or something because your midget coach got rid of Jonathan Taylor after he beat up his second woman. Most coaches would have never taken him after his first arrest for domestic violence,, but Saban took him

See my earlier post. He threw a phone (and not at someone) and the DA didn't pursue charges because Jones had already called the PD when things started escalating. It sounded like nothing more than a crazy ex.

As the AU posters have noted, Bama's recent history with violent offenders isn't something to be proud of, but the Jones incident doesn't fall into that category.

Also, for those that don't know, 3rd degree DV in Alabama has a very wide definition. For example, 3rd degree domestic violence lists several other crimes that are elevated if the victim and offender have a current or former domestic relationship. One of those crimes is harrassing communications.
Cussing out your ex over the phone can literally get you charged with 3rd degree DV in Alabama.
