Thanks and you're absolutely correct on the subject of grad students. People don't realize the amount of money they bring in. When I was a GA I was teaching several classes a semester, the primary research assistant on a grant, and doing grad work. I was bringing in tons for the university. Just count the tuition checks for students in each class.
