When we were looking at houses, my wife asked why Davidson and Cornelius were so expensive, but she wasn't aware of Lake Norman's impact. Have a couple friends who live on the lake in Mooresville, but we just can't afford to live out there right now.

I've got a contract gig at the speedway through May, so where we are now is a perfect location.
