Not sure what you're seeing. The closest one to the line besides the kicker was at least a yard back. I'm pretty sure that, immediately before the play, Saban personally threatened to tear the heart out of any player who was off-sides in that play. I mean, I'm hypothesizing, but I think the Last Judgement will bear me out.
