I wouldn't leave Baylor whose been very good lately and right in the middle of high school football heaven for better Texas recruits than Mizzou.

Lebby is Briles son in law, I can't see him leaving for Mizzou when he's that tied to Briles.

Yeah, that might make for some awkward family dinners.

The Baylor OL was full of all conference players.
If his goal is to be a HC, it could have been a move that would have helped him get to that point. CO-OC is more prestigious and higher paying that just a position coach.

Would have been nice to get some of that Baylor passing scheme at the Zou.

Baylor's run game has been just as impressive.
In their bowl game the commentators mentioned that 4 of the 5 OL made all Big 12.

Leading you to believe he's possibly taking the job?

If so, how would you (and others) feel about the hire?

I don't know what it means, but why delete it if it's true?

Lebby's resume on the Baylor website. LINK

Interesting that he is listed as passing game coordinator and offensive recruiting director.

He was also named a 2014 Top 10 recruiter by Rivals.

Sounds like he'd be a helluva hire.

So does Odom have any of these partial positions Lebby holds available as a full-time to give him an upgrade?

Has he ever coached OL?

That's one position that is very technique driven.

He sounds like a good coach, but lack of experience would give me pause.
