I mean y'all gave up 540 yards of offense. i wouldn't think Chavis would say y'all had a solid night defensively

After the first quarter the D was in the game, offense couldn't do shite and it cost us. Offensive line probably had the worst game since Sumlin has been here, some of there blocks were downright embarrassing.

Your 3rd string QB getting first career start in bowl game threw for 307yrds and multiple TD's.

Not too shabby

well, unfortunately college football games have 4 quarters, and each quarter is as important as the other 3. Your defense dug your offense a giant hole and relied on a 3rd string QB making his first start in his career to get yourselves out. That is the exact opposite of what your defense needed to do to give your team the best chance to win the game.

After the first quarter, the defense still gave up 328 yards and numerous Louisville drives into A&M territory. The Aggies were lucky to only give up one touchdown and a field goal attempt. Also got a break on an obvious pass interference (as pointed out by the unbiased commentators) that wasn't called. If not for holding a comfortable lead after the first quarter, Louisville would have torched the Aggie defense worse than it did.
