LSU fans, tell us about DE Sci Martin

Alabama offered him today.
He committed to TCU last week.
I've seen a couple threads about him on the LSURb, but if an Alabama fan posts over there people get their panties in a wad over everything.
Does he possess SEC level talent?

He's been a sleeper guy for a while. Many LSU fans wanted to offer but was down a little on the board. I think LSU has offered now after a strong senior season. Ed O likes him.

Pretty sure his offer was of the "If you want an offer, you have to commit immediately" kind. D-line board is pretty big right now and he wasn't near the top, but he's a solid prospect.

I just watched his film and he's pretty damn good. He also looks like he is 7 feet tall.

The DL board is shrinking and I think Sci gets a press in January from LSU. You are right about his offer being contingent on him committing on the spot at summer camp. He did have a huge senior season a lot like Christmas-Giles. I think LSU ends up signing both
When you think about LSU's dline class this year, it looks like it's gonna be all Louisiana kids. Ed Alexander, Rashard Lawrence, Glen Logan, Caleb Roddy, Andre Anthony, Deonta Christmas-Giles, and Sci Martin. Pretty crazy the DL talent in LA this year. And they say LSU won't replace Les Miles with someone better. Look at how easy it is to recruit at LSU haha

He had something like 20 sacks this year. LSU will press for him after the dead period.
