Walton was serviceable but we were bottom four in the league in both kickoff and punt return yardage. We lose a stud left tackle that only played five games. Our BEST linebacker was Gates and we return seven of our top ten on the d line PLUS A THREE YEAR STARTER THAT REDSHIRTED. while we have plenty of experience returning at safety they do have big shoes to fill with Elston and Hilton gone. Everyone loses those kind of players though. Engram COULD go early but won't. Stringfellow COULD but won't. Brown COULD but won't. We graduate a senior class that was ranked 47th when they signed and we will likely lose three underclassmen. No one will return a better QB. In fact it's not even close. We have holes to fill but no more than anyone else. Again, if we lose four or five games it'll be because good teams beat us, not because we have a roster that lacks experience and talent.
Edit. As it regards treadwell, he's an elite player but our offense spreads the ball around. Yes we have guys who have game breaking ability on the perimeter. Stringfellow and Adeboyjo are as good a combo as anyone has.

Bell was the starting RG VS bama so, that's two starters gone. rebs will return four olinemen with starting experience. The most with seven starts under his belt.
Once Tunsil returned were any o-linemen that would have started out injured?
Ole Miss return numbers might not have been off the charts but, Walton led the team in all purpose yards. If someone was better why weren't they seeing the field in return game? Treadwell was #2 and i believe Core was #4 in all purpose yards. That's three of top four gone.
Ten of the rebs top 15 tacklers were either DLinemen or LBs of those 10 six will be plaiyng in last game for rebs in sugar bowl.
