The top 10 isn't going anywhere regardless of CFB landscape. Those programs still put the most talent in the NFL and still have the titles and tradition to back it all up. Not to mention they have the most money to attract big time coaches. Places like A&M, Clemson, Auburn etc require a coach that can recruit really well. Once sumlin leaves A&M they will most likely drop way off, their classes are already dipping outside the top 15 as it is.

Huh?Look at the top 10 twenty years ago and look at it now.
Miami,Nebraska,FSU,Penn State were all perennial powers back then.I wouldn't consider Clemson or Michigan State a consistent top 10 program.
