Seems like he wants to run a pro style offense with more of a drop back passer. I think he wants to do a little West coast stuff too though because we have a lot of plays where the ball is out quickly....or at least supposed to be. I'm sure he still likes a somewhat mobile QB (doesn't everyone) if for nothing more than avoiding the rush a little to buy time or maybe an occasional bootleg for a change of pace.
I think he would like to be darned near 50/50 run pass.

Seems like Grier is the clear best choice for your system, although I'm unsure of his running capability. Although I know Mac comes from the Saban tree, it appears to me that his philosophy is a bit more pass-oriented than Saban's. Maybe it's kind of similar to what Bama does now with Kiffin
