I think people are wildly underestimating Cook's shoulder injury. It was tough to watch in the B1G Championship game, he was really struggling to get something on the ball. It's not something that will heal that much in three weeks either.

I think you're right. Cook's shoulder does not look good, but then again, I don't think they leave him in the game out in the receiver position with the backup QB taking the snap if they were too concerned about it. He makes some key throws but he also overthrew on several plays. I agree that three weeks is not a ton of time, but I also don't think they necessarily need a huge game from him to be successful. Their backup is a mobile read option guy that could give Bama's defense some problems. Three weeks to prepare is a ton of time for both of these coaches.
