I would normally agree, but our staff tends to string them out for a while lately. The same can be said for Jones, Lashley, Brown, etc... The same with Peters and Leo last year, a lot of these kids like to string it out and stir the pot a little. And with the way they are paraded and as much impact as the media has on their ranking and how much attention they get, I really can't blame them for it.

I'm not saying we are getting him, but I don't think it's as black and white as you propose. Not as many kids tip their hat and shut things down now.

You just killed your argument. The same cannot be said about those players. Benito grew up a Bama fan, we know this. We know that Lashley grew up a state fan, we know that AJ wants out of Starkville but his parents want him at state. At this point in his recruitment, if Simmons parents wanted him at one school, or he grew up a fan of a school, we would all know it by now.
