You get a "personal message" on top of the screen that usually says " PERSONAL MESSAGE:Your post history is being reviewed for quality control purposes."

But now they have a link where you can write to ask to be unbanned instead of the unbanned thread. That is so much better than the only system.

I sent "I'm very sorry for calling LSU "the poors" on the Coaching Change Board. I promise not to do it again. Please have a heart and unban me for the Auburn DC melt."
