Anything less than 10 wins and Gus is gone. You honestly think he can do that with the way we're headed and the schedule for next season? I want what you're smoking.

I don't know. Maybe. I didn't think we could do it in '10. I didn't think we could do it in '13. Hell I didn't think we could do it halfway through the 2013 season.
He gets another to prove himself. Is it a forgone conclusion that he'll be gone? Hell no.
