Herman stayed for the playoffs when he took the Houston job, didn't he? If Kirby leaves before then, Saban should be pissed.
And if he does, who calls the plays on D? Saban? He's a better game planner than gameday coach.

Taking the Houston job is much different than taking the UGA job though.

And Kirby is going to UGA.. There's bigger impact to be made at a bigger program..
