Yes.

Grew up in Chicago watching Bama with my grandfather who was born and raised in Alabama and moved north with my grandma and my mom when she was young to work in a steel mill. Still remember watching that '93 Sugar Bowl in their basement on the old Zenith.

They kept a summer home down here and I used to spend my vacation down here a lot helping 'Pa' raise a garden.

Went to Indiana University a while and when it came time for my younger brother to go to college, I decided to join him at UA and finish up. Been here ever since.

I'm a city slicker and I went to high school in the city of Chicago. But I also have Alabama blood coarsing through my veins and I love the South, the SEC and the Tide. Always have, always will.





Interesting side note: my grandfather loved Bear Bryant and the Tide, but he never hated Auburn. Sometimes he'd put his Tigers cap on when he went out. Why can't we all just get along?
