I attended UA, as did my father, grandfather, etc.,...but I dropped off the grid for a while before completing school somewhere else. What exactly does that make me? I've always been curious.

In my opinion, if you have a college degree or a decent career and you have some sort of affiliation to the state, you don't fit into either category - both of which carry negative connotations.

Someone who couldn't cut it at Alabama and ended up with a degree from Devry University. The diploma probably looks good in your double wide. ROLL TIDE
