Too many other jobs out there diluting the pool. And by that I mean the locations and/or the conference affiliations are easier to succeed at than L5U. Where expectations are out of line with reality.

We have (arguably) the best offensive player in college football. We have elite players on every unit on both sides of the ball.

We don't need rebuilding, man. We need a few fresh ideas about how to move the ball. If I'm a coach like that, I look at LSU and say I could win it all next year. In 2016.

How is that not attractive?

That are less talented than at least one team you play every year.

The SEC West is a meat grinder compared to going to a place like USCw...or compared to just staying in the ACC.
