The summers here are not as bad as most think.

I'm fairly close to the ocean and very close to the river. The breezes are nice.

There are only 4-5 months of summer temps and 3 of those are gnarly.

It's the only thing that keeps us from being completely flooded with Yankees so I'll take it.

BTW: It's no hotter here than Richmond, DC, NYC, etc. We rarely have 95 degree days and never 100 degree days.
