it is a misdemeanor in LA just like it is my in arkansas. basically she isn't age of consent but it's only a felony if they are over 4 years older. devin is a minor. I mean it's kinda weird that she is so young shoulda found one at atleast 2 years older but I don't really see this as that awful to be honest.

Some of y'all aint seen these 14/15 year old girls today. They are not the same as when we were in school.
Plus, 90% of you guys (if not more) would have done the same thing at 17, given the chance. You're going to tell me you would have said, 'no thanks'?
