If les miles didn't have the luckiest national title in over 20 years him and richt would actually have extremely similar resumes.
I don't see a losing season on Miles' resume. Also, I don't think he has any loses as bad as the ones we've seen against Vandy, UCF, or Colorado.
Pre-2008 Richt's body of work could stand up to just about anyone. Since then, not so much.

LM is 110-31 at LSU (78%). MR is 143-51 (74%). Those include this year.
Through completed seasons, LM wins an average of 10.3 games per season. MR wins an average of 9.7.
LM has 3 west titles in 10 years, MR has 5 in 14 years.
LM has 2 SEC titles, MR has 2 SEC titles.
LM is 6-4 in bowl games (60%), MR is 9-5 (64%).
LM has been to 3 BCS bowls, MR has been to 3 BCS bowls.
YOu can slice it up in whichever way you want, but the point stands that outside of the indescribable luck that got LM a national title, both coach's resumes at current schools are pretty darn similar.
