The reason there are no Big 12 teams in the Playoff is because the Big 12 plays soft schedules and has NO defense. No more kindergarden games here. Big 12 defenses are a joke hense no Playoff spot. The Big 12 won't make it in this year either.

Alabama will put 10 defensive players in the NFL in this years draft - 2 or 3 in the first round. That's the difference in the SEC. They emphasize defense and good defense neutralizes good offense and that, fellas, is what is called balance. The Big 12 is imbalanced and not very good.

10 out of 11 players on the Bama defense goin' to the NFL huh?

Who plays a soft schedule?

Seems to me like the BIG XII offenses have neutralized SEC defenses this year but who's paying attention really?

Average NFL games only score 41 points because every team fields a GREAT defense. Big 12 games where 110 points are scored are ridiculous and not representative of balanced college football teams that feed the NFL Draft with both offensive and defensive players. That's why the Big 12 gets and deserves no respect defensively or come Play Off Time.

Alabama's Defensive line alone will send 8 players to the NFL. 2 are already rated First Round picks and 2 more are trending 2nd round. Oline, running backs, and receivers will send another 4 or 5 players to the NFL. A Big 12 team is lucky to have 1 or 2 players drafted - virtually all offensive players. Great Defensive players don't go to the the Big 12 because they aren't coached well there, or valued there. Also, great defensive coachs avoid the Big 12. They know the conference devalues defense over offense and to get to the NFL you need qualify defensive coaches.
