They're severely overrated this year too. Just like the teams you beat on your schedule that have you thumping your chests about how NFL all your guys are. You just don't know it yet. Nothing has changed.

Both the Utah and Oklahoma Sugar Bowls spread between winning 3 BCS National Championships were consolation games for Alabama. The prize they were after was a NC and when that opportunity was lost the *consolation prize* of playing in the Sugar Bowl was ZERO motivation for Alabama. For Utah and Oklahoma it was the ZENITH of their season. Congrats on the win. If it had been a regular season game or a Championship game we wouldn't be discussing it now because you would have lost the game.

So OUs supporting case is that they've beaten a bunch of pass happy teams with no defense, and Alabama's is that they've beaten a bunch of run oriented teams with no offense.

Everyone is overrated all the time always.
