That is all over the city, actually. Parking is being curbed in the city, or at least left to the business owner's discretion.

I haven't been down by square in a month so just heard about it. I was planning on taking the fam to a game at BWA soon and dinner at Hugo's or Herman's.
Hugo's Herman's and Pesto are best places in town to me. Doe's I have had too much of and I eat too many tamales to enjoy steak, plus I'm not big on red potatoes.
