No. The officer had already placed him under arrest. It is right there in the video.
By not leaving his home, he committed the crime of resisting arrest.

Arrested for WHAT? He never says. You can't just walk up to somebody and say "you're under arrest" and make it so. It was an unlawful arrest.
Up to that point the cop was standing outside because he knew he didn't have the right to enter. So by your logic law enforcement can walk up to any private residence, knock on the door, and when somebody answers all they have to do is say out loud "you're under arrest" and without giving a reason they can now enter your home, pull you from your home, beat you, and take you into custody. Is this what you're telling me?
