Is there a link to that? Surely the police made notes of that and would get out in front of this by releasing the documentation.

I figured it was something like that from the start based on the number of responding officers.
If true, it explains a whole lot about the officer's attitude. Still doesn't justify beating on the guy with a mag light, but it makes the arrests completely appropriate.

Police just released the names of the 3 suspended officers, and I'd imagine they'd have released this info as well if true. They also said there were so many responding officers because of the apartment complex's proximity to the Strip, where a lot of officers already were.
