That's not to imply that the person sending the message is trying to mislead. It was a very chaotic scene, which will often lead to mistakes in recounting the sequence of events.
There's lots of video and hopefully the officers had body cams to show the entire event. Between the videos and any 911 logs, this one won't take long to figure out.

I would be bet he pretty heated when sent that text so I can see how that 3-4 seconds would get mixed up.

Watching the cellphone video it looks like he gets a few thousand volts to the side when the officer dives in at him before he becomes complaint and goes outside where he's then tasered again and beaten.
I agree that once the cop said he was under arrest they should've backed off and let the courts handle it, but the charge for arresting him seemed sketchy at best, if not entirely bullshite.
