Now that I look at it the only way I see him leaving in the next couple of years would be to go to the NFL

There is no chance he goes back to the pros. At his age, he will never receive an offer.

He was a hired gun. That's what we all reasonably accepted. But something changed. His family actually likes their life in Alabama, believe it or not. He wants to be a legend. Maybe he wants to surpass Bear's NC count at Bama, just 4 more to go...
