1-4 (order irrelevant): Brady, Brees, Manning, Rodgers
5. Rivers
6. Romo
7. Ryan

Brady, Peyton(even though hurt a few years), Brees, Rodgers, Rothlisberger, Wilson(even though he came in 2012), Ryan....
OK, I might throw in Newton at 8, but that could easily go to Eli, Dalton, Rivers.
All of this is debateable, but the Panthers win with defense. Cam is complementary to that. I do believe he's having his best year though
