Granted it's a tough time in Athens right now, and there will most likely be some sort of changes coming...

My gut feeling is that, assuming the wheels don't completely fall of the rest of the season (I.e. Dropping 2 or more of the last 4 games) Richt gets one more year. I think McGaritys message will be "I'm gonna give you one more year, but we need to be in Atlanta in December. If not, you know what's gonna happen."

UGA has been blessed more than most teams with QB play since 2001, with a couple of exceptions, so I'm not gonna throw Richt under the bus for some rebuilding at that position. Every good team has to develop QBs from time to time.

However, there does seem to be some internal dysfunction going on. Call it confusion, apathy, or whatever. But something needs to be addressed quickly.
