That's an interesting comment, considering Alabama mysteriously hadn't played UGA in the regular season since 2008.

Because there is no way to quantify what you are suggesting. It's completely a qualitative assessment of difficulty.
When looking purely at the teams, not game location, they both have very similar records. While UGA top to bottom is probably a more talented team, Dak Prescott is far better than Lambert.
What else is there really to debate?
