Actually, I know this. It says "Bape" which is short for "A Bathing Ape". It's an expensive, Japanese clothing brand, and I have no idea how on Earth he got his hands on that. I've never seen it in the States.

You can order online. It is like a $300 shirt though. Tough to pull for a college kid unless mom and dad have $$ or he's wearing a knock off that can be found for about $40.
