3. Of all the millions of possibilities of flags that could be adopted by Mississippi with no reference to the Confederacy, don't you think there is one that 99% of the population of the state could accept?
The state flag of Mississippi doesn't HAVE to be controversial. I don't think anyone finds the state flag of Louisiana controversial:
