I mean you clearly see his arm fully extend out and push Jones in the back right before the ball gets there and Jones falls down

I wouldn't go that far. Clearly there is a hand on the numbers, his other hand looks like its somewhere on the side. It is not clear how much of a block there really is, in the clip you showed his arm on the numbers never extends.
