He has his arm fully extended into Debo's back pushing him out of the way of trying to make a play. It was really bad, right in front of the ref too. Block in the back doesnt just mean laying someone out from the back, if you have your arm extended out and are pushing them from the back that's also a block in the back.

It may have been closer than it looked live, but think it would have been a weak call. More than anything it looked like he over pursued.
