Am I crazy for wanting us to try Kirk at RB?

Carson is great, but he's clearly not an every down back, and we need some speed and shiftiness to complement him. Kirk has impressed on jet sweeps and returns. The more we get the ball in his hands, the better. And he rushed for 1700 yards his senior year of high school.

I think Kirk could do amazing things in this offense as a Tavon Austin type scatback.

You aren't crazy for thinking the team needs to find a way to get some more out of the running game. Whether that might involve Murray in a zone read, a healthy James White, or someone else with some carries, I really don't know.

But, hey, you're thinking about ways to get the ball to our most consistent playmaker without running the risk of a Pick 6. So I get where you're coming from. I don't happen to think he is a good option at RB, though.

No. With the amount of talent we have offensively we could do a number of things that would give opposing teams nightmares and would also put points on the board (good points, like points on our side of the scoreboard) but we refuse to do anything smart in order to win games and be the best team in college football. We like pissing down our frking leg at home on national television. Speaking about the offense here obviously. Defense/ ST played one hell of a game. We've got some men on our defense
