My gut tells me JJ is going to start. The whole situation with White has felt weird and I can only imagine that this was premeditated. Gus never gave White a fair shot to prove himself. Opening the competition back up on a bye week when we could have used the time to fully prepare White and open the offense for him didn't make sense.
It was tough to believe we would never see Jeremy again after 3 (albeit awful) starts and although I liked what I did see from White I felt like going with him put a definite ceiling on our season. With that being said I'm nervous as heck at the thought of seeing JJ start again. All I can do is sit back and watch and hope for the best.

If anyone thinks Gus actually opened up the qb competition in practice, you need your head examined. I said weeks ago that Gus wouldn't close the door on JJ even if that meant handcuffing White. Anybody with eyes can see that Gus was forced to sit JJ after LSU, but never committed to White being the starter. It seems like the plan was to get through the previous two games and then reinsert JJ for the Kentucky game. The whole thing about an open qb competition was coach speak bullshite. It's gonna be interesting to see if Gus gets away with it or not. I know that if he starts JJ and things go south, the pressure is really going to ratchet up on Gus.
