Yeesh...that's bad by all involved. The former band director seems really dismissive of the incident. I don't think he understands how serious of an offense he committed within the teaching world, even if it never became sexual. Although, it was strange that the student's parents requested that he could continue directing the band through the end of the school year.

Someone being photographed doing something inappropriate (whether nude or in a sexual act) is really not that rare on a college campus unfortunately. Butt chugging definitely is not a common occurrence.
