Tunsil and Manziel cases are complete opposites.
In the Tunsil case you have a step father alleging illegal benefits from Ole Miss to the NCAA.
There was already a huge amount of smoke regarding Ole Miss recruiting violations.
If the NCAA decides to believe Tunsil's step father this could be extremely serious for Ole Miss.

They can't just "believe" what he says. He has to have something to back it up. If they rule him ineligible with no proof that's inviting a law suit against them and their only defense is a rumor from an angry step dad.
