Defense needs to take more chances on 3rd down. LB's need to be looking for the Crossing routes.

Offense needs to spread out and use a short passing game with some crossing routes and take a shot when there's single coverage on the outside.

Put your best 15 plays out there, run them, see what the defense does and adjust the play accordingly.

I'll give credit where it is due, CHF and staff have done well with in game adjustments.

Turnovers will never allow you to follow through on those adjustments. Stay with the game plan after the adjustments and first team to 70 will always win.

I've been patient and have not overly criticized the coaches for the Florida game. Hell, they obviously know things I don't bc they watch copious amounts of game film and make mils. But I agree with the OP 100%.

You know they had inexperience at OL and QB. You must prepare for quick plays, misdirection, and bootlegs. I think that's pretty obvious. CB press those WRs, play a Cover 1 with one LB and safetY in zone. With our DL we should have destroyed them.

I'm not going to touch on offense too much, but when the defense is going to play soft get your quick release and underneath routes on stack. I mean, is our passing game only vertical? Is Engram only blocking now? Get him in the middle. Crossing routes. Bubble slants. Drag routes. Bootleg and misdirections. Are you not taking notes on how Florida moved the ball?

Goaline. I can't even.

Hotty Toddy, y'all.
