My best guess is we see Maty Mauk transfer to Missouri State. His dad coaches hs there. Dave Steckel's there. It makes sense.

Won't happen without a hardship waiver (which are very difficult to get). period.

again word is he and Printz both will have the hours to graduate at the end of this school year, they can go where they want and play whatever eligibility they have left, in that case.

I don't see Stec wanting to take him on at this point, now say Printz wanted to go there and play, sure, in a heartbeat.

Mizzou has had a lot of guys transfer from FBS to FCS schools without having to sit out.

Mauk is also set to graduate in May.

Just about everybody in the media is saying this is an option for Mauk. Whether or not it's to sit out a year, I haven't heard that detail yet.

He's on track to graduate in May. By rule he has to transfer to a school that has a graduate program not offered by Mizzou to use is remaining year of eligibility without siting out.

That might limit his choices, but probably not too much. There's almost always something that will workout.

If he were not graduated, he could transfer but have to sit a year. Could go to and D1A school that Mizzou released him to.

Can also go down to D1AA without waiting, but I don't see him playing at that level. He has D1A talent.
